About the event

You guys, it's time. It's time to stop waiting, blaming, wishing, or feeling stuck and it's time to FREAKING do something about it!! It's time to do this for YOU.  Let's take some stinking action and make this season our best one yet! Let's flip the page and start a new chapter...one where we are THRIVING and FEELING our best, not just surviving!! YOU are the author and it's time to write a better story that not only serves you, but one you are FREAKING PUMPED about!!  

It may seem like just a little challenge, but when you work on yourself, you'll notice that it has a positive impact on everything around you!

This challenge is designed around the things that I have found to be the most beneficial to me and my self-care journey. BUT it also is made to be tailored for you so you can improve what you need for you!

Through this challenge you'll find more confidence because you're following through with what you said you were going to do. You'll find community because we're all in this together, reaching for a better version of ourselves while supporting each other. You'll let go of limiting beliefs because you're trying something new and learning to think in different ways about self-care and working on yourself. I think you'll experience a shift in your perspective and find JOY in the process because that's the secret sauce. And finally, you will finish so freaking PROUD of yourself and what you've accomplished, ready for the next thing to take on. And then you'll realize that this is MUCH MORE than just a little challenge. It's way bigger than that....

And I'll be right here with you...witnessing this beautiful transformation!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Together, we will reach for a better version of ourselves!

Every day goals:

----move your body 30 min a day

----READ 10 minutes of personal development

----drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water

----A nutritional challenge (you choose, but for example, take away a food (no sodas), add 20g of protein with each meal, no alcohol, 3 servings of veggies etc. )

----A personal challenge (you choose, but for example going to bed at a certain time, waking up an hour earlier, waking up the first time the alarm goes off, meditation, stretching, intentional time with your kids/partner, less screen time etc.)

DATES:

Thursday, September 7th- We will be discussing ALL the details in the challenge in depth. This meeting will take place at the Braden River Library from 6-7pm OR  Zoom (if you can't make it or aren't local). I will send out and post the replay so you are covered if you can't make it!

Monday, September 11th - We will start our 33 day challenge!

Friday, October 13th - LAST day of the challenge!
