GET MOVING!

I have found that intentional movement everyday helps me feel my best.  So, I have made it a habit to move my body everyday!  The trick is finding movement that you enjoy!  Walking, running, biking, chasing your kids, yoga, going to the gym, etc.  Beachbody on Demand has been the golden ticket for me (and my husband).  With these programs I have hundreds of options and can do them all WHEN and WHERE I want!  If you are interested, I got you! STOP OVERTHINKING. START DOING.

A notebook.  That's all you need to take action!  A notebook helps me with my anxiety, organization, planning, and being intentional with my time.  I make a list, prioritize, and then take action.
Write down what you want and break it down to what you have to do to get there....then do it!
Don't make it difficult- write stuff down and then get it done!

Personal development.  Aka audiobooks, podcasts, blogs, regular books, therapy, community, meditation, anything that helps you work on your mind.  You can even multitask if you are listening to an audio book or podcast (I'm talk to you busy mommas) and get it in while taking a shower, doing laundry, getting ready, or cleaning.  I challenge you to get just 10 minutes in a day.  Whoa, a lot I know ;) but find 10 freaking minutes to get it in and thank me later....
